In order to provide you with our service, we process addressing information (e.g. IP address, accessed resource, etc.). To achieve an optimal display on your device, we also process some device information (e.g. browser, resolution, operating system version etc.). Our service is operated by our IT providers. We create server logs to detect and fix possible bugs. These logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Website usage analysis via Google
We collect statistical web data, such as the number of page views, as well as pseudonymous unique IDs, using the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tools. We collect this data in order to analyze the actions of anonymized users and thus optimize our service. We process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest in optimizing the website. If you do not want your data to be processed, you can opt out from data collection using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or simply by clicking here. By doing so, you will transmit to Google that you have objected to the data processing. When the data is processed, it is transmitted to the operator of the tool in Ireland. The pseudonymous user data is deleted after 14 months.

Conversion tracking via Facebook
This website uses conversion tracking through Facebook Pixel. We use the pixel function of Facebook Custom Audiences to identify users who have landed on certain pages for the purposes of remarketing and advertising. We create pixels on pages of our websites that track conversions and track these conversions back to ads we are running on Facebook. The information we receive through the Facebook pixel includes information about your device, website visits, how you use our website and the ads you see. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest to measure the performance and reach of advertising campaigns to determine which of our Facebook ads perform the best. No personal information is contained or collected as a result of using these cookies or pixels. Facebook deletes or anonymizes this information within 90 days.

The information created by the cookie about your usage of this website is usually transferred to Facebook who consequently stores the data in the USA or other countries outside where you live. These data transfers are necessary to provide the services set forth in the Facebook Terms, and for Facebook to globally operate. For more information, the privacy policy of Facebook is available under the following link: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php

Conversion tracking via LinkedIn
The LinkedIn insight tag is a pixel that helps us to track conversions and retarget website visitors with our LinkedIn Ads through LinkedIn Matched Audiences. We create pixels that measure interaction on our website and track these interactions back to ads we are running on LinkedIn. The LinkedIn advertising system enables us to show our personalized ads to their members by using this data. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest to measure the performance and reach of advertising campaigns, to determine which of our LinkedIn ads perform the best.

The LinkedIn Insight Tag collects data only regarding LinkedIn members visiting our website, including the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, and timestamp. Furthermore, we only receive anonymized data from LinkedIn. For example, the IP addresses are truncated or hashed, and members’ direct identifiers are removed within seven days in order to make the data pseudonymous. This remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted within 180 days. Therefore, no personal information is contained or collected as a result. As a LinkedIn member, you can control the use of your personal data for advertising purposes through your account settings.

We use AddToAny integration on our page to enable you to share or save an item using social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email. We use this extension so that our service is convenient for you to use, and to uphold our legitimate interest in user verification. If you decide to share or save an item from our website, your server and browser information such as URL, browser language and anonymized IP address will be collected. This information will be sent to the AddToAny server to enable your social media connection, where it will be retained for a maximum of 30 days and keep only as aggregate data. For more information on the data collected and how long your data is being stored, you can refer to the AddToAny privacy policy here: https://www.addtoany.com/privacy
